The concept of Lucy’s Kitchen is simple: 52 weeks, 52 different creations. The only rules are that I must never have attempted the recipe before and I’ll do it at some point every week. As I cook the lovely Mr S will be taking photos and once each creation is complete I will post about it here. As well as details of the recipe and how it went (I’ll be honest, I promise!) I’ll also be rating the experience in three categories: faffiness (how complicated it was to cook), yumminess (the proof of the pudding is always in the eating, after all) and then Mr S (a meat and two veg kind of guy who would eat steak and chips every day if he could) will give his verdict.
